How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Userscarry Remodeling wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • What happened when you called or contacted Userscarry Remodeling
  • The way we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project runs into trouble, the usual first step is to bring it up with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please understand that Userscarry Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@userscarry.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
