Disclaimer: What Userscarry Remodeling Does and Doesn't Do

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before using userscarry.living. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Referral Only

Userscarry Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not design, demolish, build, install, plumb, wire or repair anything. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, never by Userscarry Remodeling.

No Endorsement, No Promises

Being connected to a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no promise about the quality, schedule, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, permits and conduct.

Information Is General

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, design, engineering or financial advice. Every home and every remodel is different, and what works for one project may not suit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Any cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary with the job, your location, the materials and the condition of your home. Ask the provider for an itemized written quote before work begins.

Money Matters

Userscarry Remodeling does not offer loans, financing or payment plans, and we do not collect payment for remodeling work. The provider you choose sets the payment terms. Read each contract closely before you sign it.

Safety First

Remodeling can involve demolition, electrical wiring, gas lines and heavy materials. Homes built before 1978 may contain lead paint, and some older flooring, insulation or ceiling materials may need testing before anyone disturbs them. Do not cut, sand or remove anything you are unsure about. If you think someone's life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Userscarry Remodeling may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We work to keep this website correct and current. Even so, we cannot promise that it is complete or without errors.
